Together possessing over 40 years of property management experience, Stephanie Graves and Ginger Bernstein formed Q10 Property Advisors in early 2015. Although Q10 as an entity is newly formed, the knowledge, experience and expertise shared by the principals provides a rich history of knowledge that drives the values of Q10. The Principles started Q10 after serving in key roles with successful management companies and are building a portfolio of managed assets.
Stephanie Graves is the co-founder of Q10 Property Advisors. She is an executive level property management professional who has held titles from Director of Education to Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing over 22,000 units in six markets nationwide. Stephanie has earned her CAPS and CAM designations through the National Apartment Association and is an education faculty member for the National Education Foundation. She is a sought after speaker and facilitator through the nation and can be seen at many of the National Apartment Association Education Conferences.
Stephanie oversees corporate communications, acquisitions, due diligence, and various day-to-day activities that directly impact the profitability and success of Q10 and its assets.
Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in multi-family development, management and operational oversight. She has a keen eye for identifying and diagnosing issues through the due diligence process. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Communications from St. Edwards University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Ginger Bernstein is the co-founder and COO of Q10 Property Advisors and heads up the supervision of all property operations for Q10. Ginger has over 30 years of property management experience with expertise in all aspects of the multifamily industry, including Tax Credit and Marketing. She is responsible for overseeing the complete operation of Q10 Communities. Ms. Bernstein began her career with Harry Reed Management and has held supervisor positions with V.M.I Management and GMH Capital Partners. Ms. Bernstein served as Director of Marketing overseeing 4,200 multifamily units while employed with AIMCO and is attributed with successfully increasing occupancy at all properties under her direction. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she holds the ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) designation. Ms. Bernstein is also a member of the National Apartment Association.
Ginger’s strengths is team building, financial management and analysis and effectively managing all aspects of property operations are crucial to the operational success. Her ability to proactively diagnose and mitigate issues is unwavering. Additionally her extensive knowledge of all that is property management provides a solid foundation for Q10.
James Pintkowski oversees the technical tasks for Q10 Property Advisors. James offers over 25 years of technical financial background as well as a Bachelor of Finance degree from Texas A&M. James has owned and managed his own business for over 20 years and offers Q10 valuable insight regarding quality and internet security as well as technical related issues. James additionally provides support from a financial and business perspective adding value as a business owner. He assists with all computer, phone and technical needs of our on-site and corporate teams.
Over 19 years ago, Leann Carrasco entered the multifamily arena and has been loving it every day. In 1997, she began her career at a Camden community in Corpus Christi. Through the years, Leann quickly excelled from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager and then relocated to Houston to take a job as a Manager of Camden Stonebridge and Camden Midtown.
Following Leann’s roles with Camden, she went on to continue growing with UDRT, Finger Companies, Judwin, Alliance Residential, and Nolan Real Estate. Her final stop before joining the Q10 team was a 6-year stint at Asset Plus Companies building a foundation as a Property Manager, Area Director, and most recently (over the last 4 years) a Regional Director. As a Regional Director, she had the opportunity to assist and work directly with Vice Presidents and owners in both acquisitions and daily management positions on a number of distressed assets. Leann has overseen properties through the Houston and surrounding areas including Beaumont, Port Arthur, Missouri City, Baytown, Clute and Freeport.
Leann Carrasco is a Regional Director for Q10 and works directly with the management team and owners to ensure every team member and asset gets the attention it needs to be successful and profitable. Property Management is Leann’s passion and you can see it in every interaction with team members and residents. She exudes excitement and loves working with our teams on an individual basis.
Betsy Marshall serves as a Regional Supervisor for the Q10 team, bringing over 15 years of experience in the multi-family industry. She has a keen sense of property operations and building strong teams. Her career began at AIMCO, one of the largest owners and operators of apartment homes in the country. She served in many roles during her nine-year tenure, including Leasing Consultant, eBusiness Coordinator, and Community Manager. She ultimately found her niche serving as a Turnaround Specialist, traveling the Houston area stabilizing underperforming assets. Betsy went on to serve in management roles with Adara and IMT Residential.
Shea has been certified as a National Apartment Association Education Faculty, earned her Certified Apartment Manager designation and was named one of Houston Apartment Association’s Top 40 Professionals Under Forty. She is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association, serving on various committees. Her favorite committee to be part of is the Education Advisory Council, a group tasked with developing current and emerging leaders in the multi-family industry. She enjoys training, volunteering her time to teach HAA’s Leasing 101 course and various NALP certification modules. Betsy has a BA in Management from University of Houston and is active in her local community and with her two amazing children.
